Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. In a sauté pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes, until hot. Add the zucchini and cook, stirring, until tender, 4 to 5 minutes. Season with the salt and pepper. Add the cooked pasta, the grape tomatoes, and the pesto to the pan and toss to coat. Set aside to cool to room temperature and serve, or cover and chill before serving. This keeps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and is great for lunch when packed in a to-go container. (In a lunch box, add a few slices of rolled up Genoa salami on the side.)
